About the Presenter 

Hardeep Grover is the principal attorney with CapEx Legal, where he provides transactional and strategy services as fractional general counsel for businesses and non-profits organizations throughout the corporate life cycle.

His Practice includes:

• Mergers & Acquisitions (buy-side and sell-side)
• Corporate formations and structuring
• Commercial lease negotiations
• Trademark and copyright licensing
• Non-profit/tax-exempt formations, structuring, and governance

Hardeep actively practices in California, New York, Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Washington Area Lawyers for the Arts, and is a former President of the South Asian Bar Association of Washington, DC. Hardeep obtained his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School, and his Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology.   In his spare time, Hardeep enjoys outdoor activities with his kids (biking/skateboarding, etc.), delicious food, natural wines, and building mechanical watches.
